Returns, Warranty and Exchanges

• Item hasn’t been worn (used), has all tags attached (if present), or altered in anyway.

• If your product has damage or is defective in any way upon arrival, you must notify Outdoor Addictions within the 15 day period via email or phone.

  Please make sure your product fits and/or is in good condition without any defects etc. (pictures may be required) and item(s) must be sent back to Outdoor Addictions. Once we receive your damaged or returned item(s) you will be within 10 days for exchanges and or refunds. You will be required/responsible to pay shipping back to OUTDOOR ADDICTIONS for returns and exchanges. Any exchanges shipped back to the customer will be paid by Outdoor Addictions.

  Outdoor Addictions also offers a 30 day warranty on any manufacture defects ONLY and if none of the list below apply. Any questions please call (250) 613-1342.

Warranty/Returns or Exchanges does not apply to:

• Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or by anything other than normal use of the product;

• Damage caused by an act of nature (fire, flood, moths, etc.);

• Burns or deterioration caused by chemicals or any other foreign contamination;

• Damage caused by snags, cuts, or abrasions;

• Damage caused by improper care and/or storage;

• Damage caused by any modifications, alterations or repairs

• Damage caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product;

• Damage caused by anything other than defects in material or manufacturing quality;

• Incorrect sizing. If the item that you have bought doesn’t fit, please get in touch with us right away to issue an exchange before you wear and use the item, or your warranty/return/exchange will become void;

• Consequential or incidental damages.
