Greg Maund
I started fishing at a young age during family camping trips and later at my families cabin.
A few years later after I began taking an interest in fly fishing and started fly tying flies in my early teens learning the basic patterns, and experimenting with other techniques.
After high school I spent 4 summers as a wildland firefighter, (fishing in between) paying my way through university. During this time I was experimenting with different tying materials, building brushes, and concentrated on improving my tying skills.
Throughout the years I have fished from the B.C coast into Alberta, and from Vancouver Island up to the Yukon border. These days, most weekends for me are spent fishing, getting stuck (sometimes both) and spending quality time with my wife and daughter.
In 2021 I began playing with the idea of designing a fly cap that could add realism, hold additional weight, and easily be 3d Printed. Throughout the summer of 2022 I spent innumerable hours designing and tweaking until the trout and dive caps came to be what they are now.
In 2023 when my good friend Aric Itkonen started his own business (Outdoor Addiction and Apparel) I decided to join forces fishing as much as possible, sharing our ideas, products and adventures!
